Situated at ROmerike’s extreme north, Eidsvoll has diverse hikinh terrain ideal for trips on foot and skis. Skreikampen and Mistberget are the municipality’s most elevated points. Eidsvoll has a special place in Norwegian railways history, Norways’ first railways, inaugurated in 1854 – terminated at Eidsvoll. And of course Eidsvoll Manor where our constitution were signed on 17th of May in 1814 – ever since the Eidsvoll Manor has been one of our most famous national symbols and dearest national treasures.
