Visit Greater Oslo with your own car, motorhome or by using taxis. You'll find plenty of parking spaces centrally located. The major European roads cross the entire Greater Oslo Area and within 1,5 hour you may drive from the southern part to the north of the region.
Our region is alos well suited for bicycling shorter distances.
Own car
Visit Greater Oslo has a well developed infrastructure. The main arteries are the E6 and E18. The E6 stretches from Sweden in the south through Eidsvoll and continues northbound towards Lillehammer. The E18 stretches from Ski in the east and through Asker in the west. Most attractions and activities are easily accessible by car. To cross Oslo’s county borders you are charged road toll.
