You can book a guided tour of Oscarsborg all year round, except the school summer holidays.
There can be up to 35 people per group, the prices apply to the group, not per person.
Choose between:
- 1.5 hours, which includes Oscarsborg Fortress Museum (NOK 2,500 per group)
- 2 hours, which includes both the Fortress Museum and the Torpedo battery (NOK 3,000 per group)

Open guided tours at Oscarsborg summer 2025
During the school holidays, there are guided tours in open groups every day from June 23 to August 17 at 12:30 - 14:30. Price per adult is NOK 200. Tickets can be purchased on the same day, either on the Oscarsborg museums' website or with Vipps from the guide. They leave from the Helicopter Square at Oscarsborg and include the Torpedo Battery.
Guided tours in Norwegian only, or by appointment. There are several guides per day, so everyone can come along.

Experience Oscarsborg - guided tours with the hotel
For almost 20 years, the fortress hotel Oscarsborg Hotel & Resort has contributed to thousands of visitors experiencing Oscarsborg Fortress and thus ensuring that an important part of Norway's history is told. During these 20 years, new stories have been created, and the experiences are greater than ever. From May 1st, 2023, the hotel will offer "Experience Oscarsborg," a 1.30-minute guided tour around the Kaholmene. They visit significant places and tell the stories, talk about the people, architecture, and present-day Oscarsborg. "Experience Oscarsborg" can be booked through the hotel and is valid for groups of up to 30 people with a guide. The length can be adjusted to each group, ranging from 1 to 1.5 hours.

Drøbaks walks
Experience the charming alleyways, exciting stories and beautiful urban environments with skilled guides from Follo museum.
"Artists' town", "tree house town", "spa town", "Niels Carlsen's town", "the northernmost southern village" ... Drøbak has many names.
The guides from Follo museum take you on a walk through Drøbak's history and soul. Guided tours of 60 minutes.
The tours start from the tourist information in the harbor and can be booked through the Follo museum.
The minimum price is NOK 1,000 on weekdays and NOK 3,000 on weekends and evenings.

Follo museum also has several exciting guided tours; through the museum's historic buildings, at Seiersten skanse or you can join an old-fashioned school lesson at the old Holstad school.
Guided walk along the coastal path
Join a skilled hiking guide on a guided walk from Skiphelle to Ramme Gård. We go to Ramme Gård where we visit Edvard Munch's house by the beach, she eats a brought lunch and takes a trip to the cafe if you wish. On the way home, we take a break at Kjeppestad bay where we hang up a couple of hammocks and you are served a home-baked bun and coffee. Here there are good opportunities to take a bad one. We can also take a look at the ice dam which is nearby. The trip is suitable for those who are somewhat familiar with walking in the forest. Remember to wear good shoes and bring water and sunscreen. The trip is about 10 kilometers and takes between 4-5 hours with good breaks along the way.
